2. What We Collect
We collect only the minimum information necessary to provide our service:
- Email address — used to create and manage your account and send you important notices.
- Business profile — your business name, FFL license number, state, and phone number, provided during onboarding. Used solely to tailor your audit results to your jurisdiction.
- Subscription information — your Stripe customer ID and subscription status. Payment card details are handled entirely by Stripe and are never seen or stored by us.
3. What We Do NOT Collect
- Form 4473 content — forms submitted for auditing are processed in real time and immediately discarded. We do not store, log, or retain any form data, transferee information, or audit results on our servers.
- Customer personal information — we have no access to and do not store any information about your customers.
- Browsing or behavioral data — we do not use tracking pixels, behavioral advertising, or third-party analytics that profile your usage.
4. How We Use Your Information
- To create and authenticate your account.
- To process your subscription payments through Stripe.
- To customize your audit results based on your state and business profile.
- To send you transactional emails (account creation, password reset, subscription notices).
- To respond to support requests.
We do not sell your information to third parties. We do not use your information for advertising.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate 4473 Pro:
- Supabase — database and authentication. Your account data is stored in Supabase's infrastructure.
- Stripe — payment processing. Stripe handles all payment card data under their own PCI-compliant systems.
- Anthropic — AI processing. Form images are sent to Anthropic's API for analysis and are subject to Anthropic's privacy policy.
- Resend — transactional email delivery.
- Render — backend hosting.
- Netlify — frontend hosting.
6. Data Security
We take security seriously. Measures we use include:
- All data transmitted to and from 4473 Pro is encrypted in transit via HTTPS/TLS.
- Account passwords are managed by Supabase's authentication system and are never stored in plain text.
- Access to our systems is restricted to authorized personnel only.
7. Data Retention
- Form audit data — never retained (processed and discarded in real time).
- Account and profile data — retained for the duration of your subscription and for a reasonable period after cancellation for billing and legal purposes.

You have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate information.
